I had the same question:
For C31 is it ok to use a 1uf 160v capacitor? I don't see any 50v 1uf caps in the Mouser BOM.

You need 1.5nF cap too for C36*, C43*, C47*, C48*, C50*, C59*, C64*, C65*, C66*, C68*, C69*, C70
