Yes there is 2x CD4006 involved in the noise circuit that are obsolete, but you can find some here

If you can't find them there, you can also check for equivalent like HCF4006B, HEF4006B, MC14006B or TC4006BP.

I've just ordered 3 PCBs and enough parts including rare to populate all three boards. Will let you know when it's arrived and I have installed and tested it. Then I might have 1 or 2 lots to sell if anyone is interested.
