Has anyone looked into the tantalum caps in the original which are substituted in the nava?

They are used mostly in sound envelope and the decay circuits, and noted on the TR-909 schematics with a Circle with a T inside.

Just wanted others opinions on sticking with OG style parts or compatible with the builds.

Just going through my build now and noticed the current mouser BOM has two versions of the .1uF film capacitors:

80-R82DC3100AA50J
80-R82EC3100AA70J

They're both the same price, one rated to 100v and the other to 63v so either one should be fine. Just a note for anyone buying the project cart that you should remove one. :D

These LED standoffs work better than the current ones in the BOM:

Mouser Part #: 534-7364

can anyone enlighten me about what the deal is with this part:

http://www.mouser.de/Search/ProductDeta ... 94-SFR25-0

"Metal Film Resistors - Through Hole 400mW 0 Ohm Jumper SFR55 Historical p/n"

why do I need to buy a 0 Ohm jumper? can't I just use the leads of the resistors already built in?

Hi,

i've just finished my nava, and i've found 3 problems with the bom :

- 1,2kohm resistor accordind to the documentation, we need 42 (41 for the sequencer and 1 for the I/O board).
- C163 film capacitor 0,47uF not listed in the BOM.
- and 0,1uF film resistor we have 14 (7 in 63V and 7 in 100V) but according to the documentation we need only 8.

Hope this help.
