I send out the invoice within a day of someone signing up to the email you provide. I send reminders after one week and cancel it after 2. I dont have time to sort out who signed up and blew it off and who signed up and the email was filtered. If you dont get an invoice from paypal within a day or two of signing up, check your filtered mail and if you still dont have it, send me a PM.
