I found that the LEDs in the BOM can slide a bit. I made sure I soldered them in the right position by mounting the board to my case with the LEDs sitting loose on the board: once I screwed the board down the LEDs did not move anymore and I could be sure they were in the right position.

For the push buttons in my case the tolerances were much closer: no wiggling on the board. There I agree that soldering them on without a case would be OK. I used the Erica Synths case, I don't know how different it is from Kacper's. I did not find it necessary to put spacers under the push buttons.

I was glad I already had the case when soldering the LEDs.

(My Yocto is ALMOST done. I just shot myself in the foot tonight by soldering the tempo encoder onto the wrong side of the board. )

Is there any chance I might still be able t purchase one of your Yocto enclosures? I didn't see this post until this morning 9/25 since I've been busy with my Nava build. This case looks beautiful and would be a massive upgrade compared to the plastic (acrylic) ones. Thanks for your time.

Some people still ask about it there any chance to get Yocto enclosure. I made an order in manufacture some time ago and don't have any free enclosures now but I open 4th batch order form (
https://goo.gl/forms/8wEerMI7phO2h4Nu1) and if there will be enough people then will make next batch.
