I heard back from Selco already and they have everything in stock, the big knobs are pricey (2.88 each) but they match everything else and there is only two of them, not that big a deal. Those are collet knobs, not push on

Quick update. Invoices have gone out. There is a bit of a snag, there are only enough orange caps for 10 sets in stock (they quoted the wrong parts previously), the balance is due in 8 weeks max. The price has changed as well. What I will do is offer those to people with one set and after that, I'll contact people individually in the order that they paid to see if they want partials (sending just caps later is not a big deal, international postage would only be a couple dollars at most)
