Hurray!

Got wrong oriented 2SD1469, now everything works fine!

Was running out of ideas, after resoldering every spot in the snaredrum part (as Klangenertor mentioned in viewtopic.php?f=24&t=1008&start=20)
then I doublechecked if everything is mounted in correct orientation.
I must got confused when I mounted those 2SD1469, because mines are completely flat at the top, no notch, no nothing.
Luckily those transistors survived my abusive desoldering.

Hope this will help somebody in future! (below it is now in the correct orientation)

Just got no snare noise at the output.

Listen to your snare on headphones with the noise turned all the way down. I am pretty sure you will then hear the unwanted decay. If you listen on speakers it's not so easy hearing it. Another user just reported this issue too with the v1.02 PCB...

Well, I still have some issues to fix,
my Hi-Tom sounds distorted, Bassdrum attack pot has no effect and I mashed up my MUX-Boards/resp. SMD Components.

Would be nice if you explain "too long" in terms of time, I think its okay.
(the range could be greater, but maybe I'm just spoiled by my xBase 09)

I'll make a Oscilloscope screenshot tomorro. By Ear the Snare "body" without the noise part has the same decay range as the Toms.
