Well, I did some digging and I don't think it's a good idea to go off how many parts are in one bag. That method can help a bit, but not for most of the time. The 4 caps for the power supply are in a bag of 24. The bag is labelled as .1uF, which is the same as 100nF. Here's a conversion calculator chart that can help:

Yes, the calculator helps, but also really measuring the capacity always.
