Any reason an electrolytic wouldn't work? This appears to just be connecting an input of gate A to Vss.
I have some electrolytic's left over from my build, but I'd have to order a poly cap.

Electrolytics are polarized, so your question is really:

- would a polarized capacitor do the trick
- what orientation would the polarized cap need to have (what direction)

I don't know the answers though. :) I just ordered a poly film cap.

No, I'm sorry. It was something different... :( The accent behaviour wasn't correct in this case.
