Hi halides - sorry for this "late reply"... I do not have an oscilloscope and actually also no time to take care of this. Nevertheless, in january I should get an appointment at my "personal tech" and we will take a look at what you suggested.
I will for sure report back here.

Yesterday evening I took my Yocto to my personal tech and with an oscilloscope and a bit of luck, we found the issue. It was a bad soldering point (at least one, but he re-soldered just about 4 in the same area). AFAIR it was on the diode D63 (the one on the lower left corner in the schematics).

Afterwards, everything was sounding perfect.
I then run into another (new) problem, for which I'm starting a new thread.
