820K and 1K are metal film resistors is this ok? all the others resistors are carbon film? 8-)

I'm not sure why it's that size, but with some minor bending of the leads and careful alignment it works just fine.

Looking at the BOM, there's a handful of 630V and 250V film capacitors. I only have 100V caps at the moment and trying not to order a few parts from Mouser... I'm assuming there never is anything near this high in the circuit - maybe a result of part substitution?

Can anyone confirm that 100V is fine? Thanks!

The higher rated caps are probably film caps. Ensure you are using the right kind of capacitor at each location. Most electrolytic caps are polarized while film caps are bi-polar. Substituting leads to magic smoke or circuit not behaving correctly.

If they are the right type then 100V in this build is fine.
