Negative Voltage in Noise Section? U24 PIN1

I have read many threads about the 130mv at PIN1 U24 in the noise section.

I got around 240mv but negative ?! so now .. is this a measure fail or what? always -240 - -280 mv (depends on tm4)
i checked all my capacitors .. they are right.

any ideas?

Need to Measure in AC mode

yepp.. that was my fault. and a cheap multimeter the next problem

in ac i only can´t measure mv...
