Hello all,
So good news, I've gotten to the TP1 TM2 5 volt adjustment after hunting down a short in the 5V to ground.
Bad news, it's only reading 0.15V. No matter how I turn the 100k trimmer it doesn't move beyond 0.15V. I've checked all of my chips, they're mounted correctly and near as I can tell everything is sold nicely. I don't have a schematic, so I can't trace anything for continuity.
Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

I wish I could help but I'm very new to all this.

Thanks! That's a good start for me...
All of my IC's have power and I'm still checking continuity. ...But my relative NOOB status with electronics makes me wonder if the 5V short may have also destroyed some/all of the IC's? Is that something to consider?
It is possible.
