10 Volts at TP1 - no characters at display

Soldered my LCD backwards yesterday. :-/

Had to use some force and heat to get it out. Took me 3 hours!

Resoldered it today. Screen lights up but no characters displayed.
At TP I get 10 Volts! Trimmer does nothing.

Any ideas? Is the display broken by heat? PCB broken? Why 10 Volts?

Machine and seq works.

I now got 0Volts at TP1 :-/

5 Volts achieved. Mixed up resistors towards the pot. trimmer.

Traces broken at the edge of PCB. Thereby no characters. Need to bridge with cables :-p

I've got the same problem here..
Can u tell me wich resistorcirquit it can be?
