EXPANDER mode MUTES? possible feature request..

is it possible to activate mutes in EXPANDER mode? if not, this would be a way useful firmware update

Wouldn't be too high on my list because I use the knobs to fade instruments in/out and do mutes from my sequencer.

I simply like this idea because in the current state of the expander mode, all the step buttons do is select the midi channel. You don't need that available at all times. On the contrary, it happens to me fairly often that I accidentally press a step button and the Yocto goes silent because it is listening on another channel.
