Hello. I've gotten my Yocto built and calibrated and everything works great and sounds fantastic except for the Hi Conga. The High Tom works just fine, but when I flick the switch to the conga a weird noise starts and any selected steps on the pattern become a very loud snapping sound. The volume pot still controls the volume of the noise, so I'm assuming it's somewhere in the conga circuit. I have replaced Q56 and Q57 just in case, reflowed all solder joints, and checked for correct parts. Everything looks good so I'm not sure where the problem could be coming from. I have included a sound file so you can hear the problem for yourself. The beginning of the sound file is the working tom, and the second half is the problem conga. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Sounds like you have a tuning problem on the conga circuit, and that your sequencer clock signal is making it into the audio path. I don't have a lot of advice for you though. I'd check the orientation of D59 & D60 and the values of all the caps and resistors.
Thanks for the reply. I already checked all the components and they're correct. The tuning knob has no effect when switched to conga, which seems odd. I just don't know where to even start looking. I've gone over the schematics, but I'm not good enough to get any ideas from it.
