Hello,
I'm hesitating to buy the Yocto... so could you please take away my doubts:
The manual says:
"You can switch between Play Mode and Edit Mode when sequencer is
running."
But I see that the order on the mode switch is:
... PatternPlay - PatternDinSync - PatternMidiSlave - PatternEdit ...
So you have to pass thru DinSync and MidiSlave to be able to switch between Play and Edit?
Im wondering, is it really possible to change patterns and edit these without stopping the beat??
Thank you
switching Play and Edit Mode without stopping?
Dear olli,
As long as Yocto Sequencer is running you can change Play mode to Edit MODE.
You need to Stop the sequencer to change Sync mode to DIN or MIDI.

Hi there.
I think this is the most suited thread to drop in with my question.
I use to have my Yocto MIDI synced and while it's running, I'm used to edit patterns. Now, this is a bit "uncomfortable", because I have to switch to "Pattern Edit" and then, when I have to stop/start the clock again, I mostly forget to switch back to MIDI Sync.
Therefore my question is: would it be possible to have pattern editing also working when in MIDI (or Din) Sync?
Thanks,
F.
