Acrylic Case

I'm trying to get an acrylic case made for the yocto but not through ponoko or formulor, since I live in canada and I'd rather not pay shipping when there are local businesses that do the same thing. I'm fine with the file provided on the e-licktronic page, the design is fine for me. But are there other considerations I need to take into account?

I actually got a case made already, but it was cut too small by about 1/2 inch because of (I think) the thick border surrounding the designs in the middle. But I'm not sure that was the only issue because it's not JUST smaller, the edges seem to be different lengths as well (the side panels, with the vents, do not fit up with the front control panel face; whereas the back panel with the outputs DOES match up with the top control face.. see photo).

Are the dimensions given in the top right corner of the eps file accurate? Do I need to scale it somehow or take measurements and redesign from scratch? Is there a "yocto_acrylic_case_v2.0"? Did this laser-cutting company just make a mistake?

Thanks for any help or advice for trying to get an enclosure made according to the file provided.

I think it's a mistake from your company because Acrilyc Yocto EPS file is in scale 1:1.
Try to open the files with Illustrator .

OK thanks, I will verify with them the dimensions they used. Because if the only mistake that was made was the outer border, I would think that the pieces would still fit together, they'd just be smaller overall.
