Working Nava all of the sudden sounds super distorted
-
I've had this a couple years, I didn't build it. Powered things all today and nothing sounds right, I thought I somehow left a distortion unit in my chain. Everything sounds messed up through individual outs or the mix out. Kinda distorted and hollow sounding. It's a v1.0. What should I check?
I vote for: weak power voltage.
still need to check that...
now last time I turned on my nava things worked fine out of the individual outs but the mix outs were messed up. left out sounded somewhat ok but then right was super distorted, and for some reason the kick wouldn't sum to the mix out.

interesting
hmmm... I wasn't expecting to find a linear transformer in here:

I wonder why it worked fine up until now. Not sure what to try replacing it with, it would be a shame to go back to a switching as I'm sure the linear made it quieter (when it was working right)
