Hi on Ride/Crash ic64 nad ic 65 voltage on pin 8 is +15 ok pin5 is -15 ok but on pin1 is minus 13/ -12 and is going down this is normal? i dont want tu put ic if voltage is no ok

Unsold C132 and C133 and measure IC64 and IC65 Pin1 again. You should find 0V
