Noise section issues

  Hi,
  
  Finished the build and have a problem setting 130mV.
  
  With a 4558, I get -144mV at the test point and with TL072 I get about 0mv...
  Trimmer has marginal effect.
  
  I saw elsewhere on the forum a recommendation to change trimmer to 100k, will that do the trick?

I did not measure AC....

I managed to get 130mV RMS now after switching to AC...
