i have finished a build with extra9, have the +15/-15V and 5V. thats ok. But then i want to calibrate the offset of the HC. I cant select HC, also i cant select S3, S9 and S12. which ics are dead?
the led shift register should working, when i start the sequencer all led rund in order.

is it possible that the pcb is faulty? because the lines from the buttons to the ic102 and 104, there is no contact? all other ok, after second solder - no contact, s3 s9 and s12? is it possible? and i think there more faulty points!
when i make a bridge with cables then it is ok, so the ICs are ok.
i build one nava befor, with the same solder and all the same shit, and there i had no problem, only one with cables to the extra9 panel.
