Osh park is the only place I know of. If I remember right its a minimum order of 3 boards which I am sure you would be able to sell the extras here on the forum. Its a great mod.Alexeh wrote:Is it possible to buy these in Europe?
Secondary Noise Source Kit
Looks like OSH Park postage is free to the UK which is nice..
Is anyone using the V3 9090 Noise boards? https://www.oshpark.com/shared_projects/iEx77pzj
Looks similar but with a different caps and a trim pot?

Also could someone share pictures of how/where they installed the kit in their Nava? Thanks!

I use hot glue to fix 6mm plastic standoffs to the board and take the power from the mux. It fits over the TTL space on the board with space to still fit if the noise source is unscrewed from its standoffs. I now lay the electrolytic down on the noise board so it sits lower. Also I've moved R208 to the noise out with heat shrink over it, I think it makes it a little neater.
Just ordered a bunch of 4006 cmos at a price of 0.55€ per IC.
I will have 8 sets of 2 ICs left for sale - at 1.10€ per set.
I can also order sets of PCBs from OSHPark and include in shipping at selling price. There's only additional cost for packaging and shipping, about 3-4€.
PM if interested!

price for a set including shipping and paypal fee is CHF 10.- (about 10$ / 9€)
for a set of 2 CMOS: CHF 5 (about 5$ / 4.50€)

I got it. But I thought it's the sense of a clone to replicate the behavior and sound of the original?Altitude wrote:This is a mod for the 909/Nava/9090 which adds a second noise source (exact copy of the noise source already threre) for the clap circuit. This eliminates the phasing effect you hear if you trigger the snare and the clap at the same time.
Hi Wellental, do you still have any sets left?Wellental wrote:Okay... just assembled and installed the additional Noise Source.
