FS: Nava Cases & Assembled Extra 9 Kit

Hey guys.
I have a Nava and a Nava Extra 9. I've spent over 10 months trying to get these machines into a reliable, robust state. But they just constantly seem to fail. Countless late nights, burned weekend, and a lot of hate.
I've given up on these machines.
Here's what I've got:
1x Erica Synths Nava 909 case, white
1x Erica Synths Nava 909 Extra 9 case, white
1x Erica Synths Nava 909 Extra 9 case, black
1x Black Keycap swap kit
1x Extra9 kit, assembled. Extremely likely to be working. Only confirmed, Snare, Lo-, Mid-, Hi-Toms, working. Circuit analysis shows it should be fine; that is, I've checked all traces, parts and ICs to be working.
1x Nava 909, assembled. All voices work flawlessly, except the kick drum.
1x Nava 909, assembled. Incomplete, was going to integrate Extra 9 kit. Confirmed Snare & Toms to be working.
I have a lengthy history of building audio gear, mechanical keyboards, and I actually spent a significant time last year repairing ventilators around town during the beginning of the pandemic. Notably, I've built over 10 RE303s, 8 RE909s, 8 x0xboxes, over 50 Eurorack modules, and successfully performed maintenance on a vintage Buchla modular for a local University's Music department. I have never encountered such regular issues with a piece of DIY gear.
I strongly suspect the bundled parts are causing issues. These Nava kits were purchased and delivered to me in December of last year. And many repairs already done to the machines basically were swaps to known working counterparts from my large pool of RE303, RE909 and RE808 parts.
I welcome offers and discussion. Shipping will be from Southern California, USA; CONUS shipping preferred, but always willing to accommodate.
