Stereo Outputs

This may be a stupid question but why does the Yocto 2 have stereo outputs? Surely Left and Right are the same?

You can hear that some voices are panned when used with both (L+R) Master outs. Toms/Congas, OH/CH and Cymbal in particular.

Surely panning inspired by the 909. This doesn't remove anything so why not.

Aha nice. I wonder if there’s an effective (no bleed when hard-panned) way of adding pan-pots to each voice?

Hi there,

To add a Pan pot on each sound simply replace the both resistor on the IO board by a 25KLog pot. Common resistor pin connected to the potentiometer center.
