i' m thinking to build a nava with blue led
but i think i must be careful with voltage and resistance value

is someone still build a nava with blue led who can help me into find the good value ?

This depends on the LED model. Search for some which produce low mcd / lumens. Then when you want to install them, try to find the good value of resistance in using a variable resistor (pot or trimmer).

Usually blue LEDs are too much powerful so you may want to find a spot a bit under what you initially think is good, or try in a very dark room.
