MIDI sync problem Logic Pro

  • You need to change settings in ableton to retrig every bar. Its in midi preferences if i remember correctly.
  • This is a good read regarding midi clock from ableton. would definitely be interesting to hear if you get better results using the Nava as the master clock.

    Do you mean the MIDI output setting, changing the Clock Type from Song to Pattern?
  • Hmm I've added -25ms MIDI Clock Sync Delay on the output interface and it seems to have done the trick.

    Yes thats it. Change to pattern.

    Thanks serum, appreciate your suggestions. I had to do the same in Logic BTW, -25mS seems to be the magic number with my setup. :)
