Crash not working/No Accent

Hi, From the Crash output (when turned up) I can only hear a tone which changes in pitch when I change the Crash tune.
With a scope, I have compared the circuit with the Ride and there seems to be signal until after the RA resistors.
Also, the accent is not working - eg. on the Bass Drum I hear no difference between bright and dim when creating a pattern. I have 5V on Tm2 and all the sequencer ICs.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
