Bassdrum not working right

Hello ,
I would really be happy somebody could help us, we built nava 1.02 everything working , but the bassdrum is not really there it sounds very thin and tune is not working. Would be nice somebody could bring us next to the reason.

Hi,
I have just finished my Nava and I run into the same problem...
The kick is thin and I hear only a tick but no decay at all.
I have the last Nava batch with Extra9 mod in place.
Do you find a solution ?

I have checked all resistors, seems to be OK !
Tried to swap the 5218 but no change.
Checked all extra9 wires, seems to be OK.
Checked the output of the vco, there is a signal.
Still investigating

EDIT : Everything is working now, it was just D12 soldered in the wrong way !
