so my NAVA 909 is all finished, but i've been struggling to figure out why my open hat decay doesnt function & the closed decay seems to control both open & closed decay. also my volume know gets louder as i turn down the volume. looking through the schematics isnt helping being that its seemed things have change from v1.01 to v1.02. op-amps seem to miss-labeled in the schematic compared to the v1.02 pcb. i've checked all power points to all chips, all is good. so at this point im kind of stumped & just want this build to be done with. anyone else have this issue?

should i change out the m5218?

could it be the A798 ic?
