Stereo Mix Out Noise

Having some issues with a Nava, hoping someone could chime in! Noise is coming from snare and clap when master volume is up and no sequence is running, as well as the ability to still hear the pattern very faintly when its playing and the master volume is down. Im wondering if it could potentially be the muting circuit?
Ive got two audio clips of each of the examples Ive stated if anyone could take a listen and toss out some ideas.
Im not in possession of the unit itself but will pass along any tips or suggestions you guys have.
