Hi, i'm finished snare section and before put the ic, testing power voltage. 15v on all ic except ic36. No voltage on 7 and 14 pins. Rp3 ans rp4 have 15 ans -15v.
Help please Is it normal?
No Power voltage on ic36 snaredrum.
I think you are ok to proceed. If you are unsure and want to wait I'm building a Nava currently and expect to fire it up tomorrow so I can the check for you then - to be honest I never check the voltages IC36, if you look at the silkscreen there is no test point point for voltages so I guess the voltage isn't critical for the 4069 (I might me wrong!!). Maybe check all you polarized parts just to be sure of their orientation.
Did you check the schematic?
IC36 doesn't use power voltages of +/-15V!
instead its powered by the Amp Tune Envelope buffered at IC35A&B - IC36 is part of the 2 oscilator circuits of the SD
