Finally worked with a different midi device. Not used the TM1 for a while. Updated the firmware on that and its flaky. Hope it can still send to my Machinedrum on Windows8.

Hats fixed. Bad Mitsubishi chip. 7 voices out of 10. Gunna look at the trannies next.
Ive also realised that I didnt check the noise circuit, but the toms sound right to me.... but obviously the noise is common to both the snare and clap
