Hihats problems . Bug? [SOLVED]

Hello, this problem I see that it has many people, this in the part of CH, is a problem of synchrony in the circuit, the sample of the Eprom is not launched correctly. You can see it but you must make a sequence like this to see the problem. .
The truth is that I went crazy with this.

-Write on HH CH ...

1, 7, 11 there is 7 stronger

3, 9, 15 there is 9 stronger

To solve, install a capacitor of 470K in the IC 4011. Pin 1 & 7.

Do you mean a 47p %10 cap between thoose legs should solve the problems ?

The capacitor value must be 470n - 0.47 micro. Material Polyester
IC 4011. Pin 1 & 7.

Ok, I'll try out later as I am also experiencing this behaviour of the hats. Didn't notice it though before you pointed it out...
