@helectromagneticus

Thank you so much for squashing bugs and looking into this! I wouldn't be able to do that myself so I really appreciate that.
I don't want to be demanding but since you look into it, could you please also look for fixing trigger 2.
It is not working correctly but Trigger 1 does. So maybe just a matter of comparing the code lines of both?
Thanks a lot!

The error for TRIG OUT 2 seems similar to the one in the original 1.0 firmware issue that has been corrected with 1.0a. And TRIG3 seems to be totally not working.

Speaking of trig. What is the satus of Trig1 with the latest (last?) firmware? I find various statements. I tried Trig 1 as gate to a Pro One and it failed. With a 606 it worked and from a friend i know the original 808 and Pro One works. I got the impression Trig1 was fixed but maybe I'm wrong. I have no oscilloscope at the moment to check for myself.

Please find version 1.0f on Github. This version fixes trigger 2 (and trigger 3) so that it (they) work as expected.

Do note that this version breaks the fix for roll in MIDI slave mode that came "accidentally" in 1.0e. It should be possible to get roll working in MIDI slave mode, and at normal volume. I will look into this next. In the mean time, enjoy the extra trigger output!

Thanks mate! Nice work! I can confirm it works perfectly!

On my Yocto, roll is broken also when using internal clock - is this to be treated under the same bug?

That's very interesting. Roll works fine on my Yocto when using the internal clock. Check Mate, can you try out the roll when running on the internal clock on your machine and let us know if it seems okay?

As far as payment is concerned - don't worry about it. I just want a Yocto that works 100% like everyone else. Thanks, though! :-)

Hi Guys,

I just updated the Yocto to 1.0f and roll is working fine in "Master Clock" mode! So everything is fine here!

I stand corrected.
With internal clock roll is working fine, except for the fact that the roll resolution is either 16th or 64th notes (but thus bug/issue was present in the initial firmware as well).
When Din Sync slaved, the behavior is quite strange: first of all, the roll resolution is as above - but with a "dead zone" when turning the knob. It suddenly stops to roll, then it gets back again. Also, when the roll function is Din Synced, all other instruments either get muted or get their volume 90% down or so.
MIDI sync is completely f***g up the roll function, I confirm.

I'll be glad to beta-test again HE! ;-)

Thanks for verifying that, folks. And thanks for all of the support, of course!

I started looking at the roll in MIDI slave mode stuff the other night. It's going to take a bit of time before I figure out how the code works and then how to fix it - this feature is a bit more complex than some others in the project.
