Instrument selector not working properly *SOLVED

when selecting CB through NC all lights go off and can't select anything in the sequencer? Anyone else has this problem???
*SOLVED - cold joint next to the selector due to turning the board over a couple of times. Resoldered it back and front of PCB and works like a charm now
