Yocto hihat and snare problem

Hi, I bought a used Yocto and have already fixed a few problems. I repaired the circuit around the hex trigger, tuned the cowbell (with changed resistors) and added circuitry for the noise generator to produce proper output (per Masuto's instructions).

The hihats work fine, but there is a dominant resonance I don't care for. 808 samples don't general have this. I found one dead cap around the schmitt trigger I replaced and the outputs now look fine on the scope. I couldn't check the frequencies though. Is there a table with the correct frequencies put out (besides the two for the cowbell)? Didn't find it in the service manual.

I added a trimpot for the snare noise, but there is a little top end lacking compared to samples. Would a slightly smaller value for C54 help here?

Thanks!

So, I finally received a new 4584 hex schmitt trigger in the mail. Replaced it, the cowbell was out of tune and I had to retune the cymbal (with the pot I had previously soldered in). Now the hihats and cymbals sound like a proper 808 (more even spectrum) and hihats and cymbal are louder. Watch out for defective chips, use sockets and try different ones if anything sounds off.
