Sorry to be annoying again but I have asked for an overlay without a lot of details (exept the .ai file) to ateliergraphique.com and the guy said that it would cost 500€... So, may I ask you in what material the original overlay is made ? Thank you.

Ask if the print process is screen or digital… digital should be cheaper. However you will find that one offs are going to be more expensive because the bulk of the expense is in the set up. One overlay may cost 500€ but fifty overlays may be only slightly more expensive, that is the nature of printing.

If you can find a supplier that prints digital and supplies prototypes they may be more inclined to produce low volume runs at a reasonable cost.

are there any Chinese manufactures for something like this, how do i find the manufactures.
