I had the same problems with my prototype and first batch. A lot of things are out of your hands when dealing with a manufacturer, and things always take more time than anticipated.
And with the new year around the corner things might move even slower.

Re: Exploring other enclosure options.
I will not do another batch, so for anyone looking to get a printed metal enclosure, keep an eye on this thread : viewtopic.php?f=16&t=605

Re: Problem with Hi Conga (tom works fine)
Sounds like you have a tuning problem on the conga circuit, and that your sequencer clock signal is making it into the audio path. I don't have a lot of advice for you though. I'd check the orientation of D59 & D60 and the values of all the caps and resistors.

Re: Yocto Metal Box EU
I just wanted to point out that the tempo selector is a rotary encoder, and not a pot, so it has no stops or set value. This is why the original design from e-licktronic and the design from lfo2vco (which I used to make mine) does not have numbers on the tempo marker.

Re: HELP: Finished Yocto—Low Tom doesn't sound :-(
If possible, try replacing Q50 and Q51. Also check the output section of the voice : the joints on VR10 and the orientation of C82. I'm guessing those would be the prime suspects for not having any sound.
And I'm glad you like it!

Re: HELP: Finished Yocto—Low Tom doesn't sound :-(
When you say every other voice works, does that include the Low Conga? If so it means the trigger works and the problem lies only in the tom circuit.
Either way, some places to look at are Q50,51&52 and U13 if you replaced U15.

Re: Sifam Knob group buy CLOSED
Sorry to hijack this thread, but does anyone have a picture of what these look like on an enclosure - specifically the metal enclosure?
Just curious...

Re: [For sale] Wood sides for ElSchtroumpf enclosure
Facim, the company that made the enclosures, outsources their printing, but I have no idea to which company. They're probably located in the north of Belgium somewhere.
