I can't troubleshoot for beans but the 808 service manual might give you a different perspective than the Eagle files.
Congrats on finishing by the way!

I also had a problem with the leg coming out. Here is an alternative supplier. Shipping and price is not too bad in the US. http://store.americanmicrosemiconductor.com/1n60.html

Question for synthdood - why both metal film and carbon film 33K resistors? I see one has a better tolerance...where are you putting those?
By the way, this might be another minor upgrade for the wiring part, Mouser 538-39880-0302 connectors x 2.

Re: Power supply voltage:trouble shoot
2K7 worked for me. I went from -16.2 to -15.0, right on it.
Later when this is under load, I assume I can take this out(?)

Blue LEDs give off a lot of UV light FWIW. Other colors are probably better for your eyes, or you could wear sunglasses while Yocto'ing .

Re: New Acrylic/Wood Yocto case
Ponoko US only has MDF in 6.4mm and 3.2mm. Which would be better? Will 6.4mm be too thick for the screws or 3.2mm too thin? Thanks for any tips
