If in some builds the issue doesn't appears and in other a 1M resistor makes it right, I would say a 1M trimmer...

If you have a correct level of snappy when at max for the snare then only the one in the clap section, otherwise it could also be the noise one.

Maybe it's just the standard clap trimmer..? Just make it hotter and some more decay may appear.

The "critical" parts to get to Reichelt are the cables (EDIT: because they are cheap and ready to use), otherwise I think you can easily find everything else elsewhere. It's also very likely that you can get equivalents in Reichelt.
