Re: [SOLVED] Clap fucking, clap VCA burning!

I totally finished nava, i adjusted the white noise of the clap. And i have the same clap as my MB909. So i had a pcb with a manufacturing defect. Disconnect pin3, fixed the problem permanently.

Re: [solved] Bass Drum BUZZZ

About this i said about the bass drum previously, i had a saturation problem, caused by too wide tolerance of the potentiometer decay. I measured the potentiometers of TR909 and those of nava, those of nava have a very, very, VERY, wider tolerance ... I had to adapt the value of C8 to get a BD of TR...

Re: [SOLVED] Clap fucking, clap VCA burning!

I did not see on the shematic, where pin 3 is connected to R201, this said as i do not see this connection on the schematic, i noticed by probing with my multimeter that it was beeeeepppp. Pin 2 must be connected to R201, not pin 3. That said since i rectified, i have a clap. Before that i had only ...

Re: [SOLVED] Clap fucking, clap VCA burning!

Yes it looks like i'm the only one to have had this problem. Twisting the 3rd leg of IC30 out of the pellet is enough to retrieve a 909 clap.
So i do not regret putting IC sockets everywhere. :)

[SOLVED] Clap fucking, clap VCA burning!

Hi i had big problem with the clap during my tests trig. The clap was distant, with a very dirty noise. And after a few seconds the BA6110 overheated and burned. I took a few hours to find out where the problem came from and burn some BA6110, luckily i had a lot in stock. :o I have not seen a...

Re: [solved] Bass Drum BUZZZ

Obviously i cut the traces, on a white PCB that is not seen. (I have since checked with my multimeter, pin 2 of IC 12 is no longer in contact with Q12 / Q6 and VR4 pin1) I forgot to mention that i am not a beginner. I've built my midibox909 which works fine... For now i have not probed navaBD with s...
