i have a trouble with some env5 and perhaps env3 and env2 ( with my SD and i wanted to know if the error that you describe for SD (Q43, Q46, Q49 Mixed Collectors and Emitters) could the cause ?
With my oscillo the 3 env is not the same as hte PCB pictures

I just wanted to say that the small square switch are very poor quality. The legs are too skinny and it's very easy to broken them.

I just wanted to know if there are better switch in the market like this switch ?

What do you mean by doesnt measure up to specs most of the time ?
for example 104J you will found around 100nf with 5% tolerance -> between 95 nf and 105 nf you never found 100 nf
