Mine had cold solder joints. After resolder several times it worked. It was 3 or 4 times and heat it longer than normal.

Ok,... I think you have the same bug like mine Now,... i have changed: BA6110 (i think yours will be grilled too) Q38 (you can also test this transistor on the place from cymbal - maybe it doesn´t works) and i changed IC31, IC32, IC33 You have the same problems i had before. I fixed it with this fiv...

How does your noise work?
It should be a realy strong signal.
First my noise signal for snare and clap was realy low. I chanched the ic's in the noise part and it was here a strong noise.
And now snare and clap are ok.

Thank you for this hint. noise is fixed and the Snaredrum runs as well.
I´ve changed the 14006BCP and it is runing
Now i make the Bassdrum Buzzz fixing and than the Clap as the last step for today
