Well, unfortunately I cracked one of the germanium diodes. I've bought some off of Mouser before, but cannot seem to find them now. Is there a trusted source (I'm in the US) where I can get a replacement? The BOM says 1N60, but I don't know the specs. It seems there are some on eBay, but I want to g...

I don't know if it is significant, but I cannot get 130mV on pin 1 of the 4558 when adjusting the trimmer in the noise section. The closest I can get is 120mV.

Exactly two weeks after being shipped out, I received my kit today, here in the western U.S. Power section completed and tested. I'm excited to continue tomorrow. (Yes...)

Sorry, Vincent, but that is the protective adhesive paper covering the black acrylic. So, no, it is not white

I got the case from Ponoko today (protective sheet still covering the acrylic). It slides together beautifully. Now I just have to wait for the kit to arrive.
