Seems the BOM was not double checked before posting. And I guess noone at e-lick actually tried to build a sample using the BOM.

The IC sockets will not mount to the surface because of the middle "bridge".
(Solved this problem by cutting the "bridge" out)
The LED mounts can be easily cut with a sharp household knife to fit better.

Found one more silk screen error. The trigger arrow for Hihat is pointing at the wrong resistor.

I bent the VR14 standoff upwards to clear the via. I found another diff between the PDF BOM (maybe that one is not kept updated?) and the build instructions for the SEQ. R694 (going towards the LCD) is 220R in the PDF and 1.2k on the build page. If e-lick is not updating the PDF he should delete it....
