Re: post your completed build pics
Nice! What kind of wires did you use for the power supply to main board connections?

Re: Testing M5218L opamps
Yest that's no problem, I swap them if they don't work on the board, but I wanted to test the ones I have in stock that are unsoldered (some of which I thought did not work but might actually still work)

Re: Testing M5218L opamps
I know the pinout is different but they have the same pins (v+, v-, inverted input, non inverted input, output), except the mitsubishi one has two channels (2 sets of inputs and outputs). Since they are both opamps, why can't I test them like described in the tutorial? My guess is that you would jus...

Testing M5218L opamps
Hey guys! Would I be able to test the mitsubishi opamps with the circuit described here : http://circuitdigest.com/electronic-circuits/opamp-lm741-tester-circuit ? Since the M5218L is dual channel I guess I would have to check both channels instead of just 1 like described in the tutorial linked abo...

Re: [SOLVED] Need help to troubleshoot Bass Drum
Thanks KlangGenerator! Are broken traces on the PCB common or does this usually only happen when we accidentally damage it while working on it? I've seen several people reporting broken traces in the forum, and that's actually what gave me the idea to check for continuity. So yes, I think it could ...

Re: [SOLVED] Need help to troubleshoot Bass Drum
Finally! With no other idea and/or choice, I finally took the time to check for continuity in the whole kick drum section. I tested all the traces and found the culprit! Don't mind the flux residues :P [resize=400]http://i.imgur.com/5tF5MMJ.jpg[/resize] [resize=400]http://i.imgur.com/xz81Bmi.jpg[/re...

[SOLVED] Need help to troubleshoot Bass Drum
Hey everyone! A few weeks ago I decided it would be a nice idea to apply the fix for the Bass Drum Buzz (trace was too close to ground plane so, as advised, I replaced the trace with a wire on the component side). After the fix, the BD was not working at all, so I must have broken something in the p...
