Re: Trigger 2 not working in MIDI slave mode

Led-Man and me discovered a bug with the Triggers yesterday. They work fine with YOCTO as master but as soon as you clock the YOCTO as MIDI slave or via DIN-Sync...Trigger 2 is not working correctly. The timing is weird (like 2times as fast) and it just seems to generate random pulses even when you...

Re: Din Sync Clock on the Trigger Output

Hm, so it is not connected to my bug fix before? I may have never used DinSync and both trigger outs at the same time before doing the fix but I was quite sure that it worked when I first tested it after the fix and only occurred when I then powered it on again. I could be wrong of course, I often a...

Din Sync Clock on the Trigger Output

I had two issues with my Yocto since the beginning. After a few days one of the switch LED's stopped working and the known ground hum when using the trigger outputs. I now fixed both with reflowing the LED connections and bending the ring connector of both trigger jacks away to cut the ground off. B...

Re: Sequencer Switch LED not constantly working

You might also want to check your solder joints. I had some switch leds that did not come on at all. My multimeter said everything was connected; I only saw the fault when hooking up a scope. I fixed my LEDs by reflowing the solder joints. You could try reflowing all the solder joints on the path f...

Sequencer Switch LED not constantly working [SOLVED]

Hi all, I just finished my yocto and love it quite a lot! Worked fine from first power on and sounds beautiful. :D After a few days now, one of the sequencer switch LED's (the second one) sometimes does not work when I power it on, the switch itself does though. By now it always got to normal behavi...

Re: TUTO: How to get a Full Yocto v1.0 Kit

I am just populating the snare drum and find that the C60, C57 (6.8n, come as Panasonic film) caps seem to have a much too wide spacing. One is overlapping the IC U14. Am I lost somewhere? :geek:

Re: C40, C41 , C42 Bassdrum section... ceramic?

If they are ceramics with good temperature stability, say C0G or NPO, no. You can substitute those types and films caps back and forth quite freely. Check out Ian Fritz if you want the words of some authority to back this up. I'd trust him over some "audiophile" who knows squat about elec...

Re: Yocto Metal Box EU - Group Buy

Picked up mine at the post office today and it looks beautiful. Very well packed for shipment too. And after being reassured by pm from a fellow builder (cannot answer PM's yet  ) that these actually are shipping I just wanted to add that I was not so much doubting that kazper ships them but ne...
