Re: [UNRESOLVED] Completed Yocto but no sound !
Ok I found something I checked R21 it was perfectly soldered then I did a measurement with multimeter I found 2K first I measured other 10k around and they were all at 10k. I removed IC7 to see if there was any interactions between the chip itself and the resistor and I found 10k. Then I tried to ex...

Re: is there anyway we can make Hi-hat sound louder?
almost 3 times smaller value difference between 33K and 10K so it gave me 3dB more gain? is it logical way of thinking ? No if you talk in dB. Gain of amplifier in dB is 20*log(Vout/Vin). For example if your linear gain is 10 (means your output is 10 times your input) your gain in dB is 20dB, and f...

Re: is there anyway we can make Hi-hat sound louder?
if i put bigger value of resistor instead 1k, it will work ?? I don't think so. If I'm right it is a classic low-pass filter inverting cell opamp. The transfert function equation is -(Z2/Z1) where Z2 is ((C83 serial (xVR8)) // (C82) // (R161)) and Z1 is R162. You could increase R161 to get more gain...

Re: Completed Yocto but no sound !
I watched some yocto demo videos to compare behavior. My step-1 LED lights well with the sequencer but when I activate the step 1 it remains turned off and when I activate another step , step 1 blinks. I double checked every solder joints with a magnifier and all power suplies everything is fine. An...

Ok I tried the bassdrum 5V to R152 pulse to R155 and out on R175. I used the tip of my headphone (ground to ground) and i heard the bass drum.

Re: Completed Yocto but no sound !
What kind of problem ? It is very easy to build since you follow the building manuel.
Is that possible that the atmega isn't correctly flashed ?
