I have the same problem, but only notice it when using the trigger outputs. If i trig another machine of any kind from the yocto, it gives a ground hum (the triggered machine). I'm also eager to get this fixed. Getting ground noise from the trig outputs and both are s-trig. I'm able to work around it but would be nice to send the trig directly from Yocto to other machines.

I found a 1VA model from a local shop that might be just right. Size is about the same. Will have to make the it with the mods described in the other topics.
